About Me
Ten years in software, three writing mobile apps, seven leading teams delivering web and mobile apps.
What I Do
I run product and project delivery on mobile and web: roadmaps, sprint planning, releases, and post-launch support.
I work with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders. My job is to keep everyone aligned so decisions move and work doesn't stall.
Most of my day is backlog grooming, scope calls, and unblocking people. I care about shipping on time without cutting corners.
How I Work
I like clarity early: what we're building, why it matters, and when it needs to ship. It saves rework later.
Agile means structured sprints, honest retros, and steady improvement. Not meetings for the sake of meetings.
I'm hands-on when the team needs me: trade-offs, blockers, alignment. I don't micromanage engineers or designers.
